Copy all Google Calendar events during a time frame to Notion

This playbook will copy all Google Calendar events within a time frame into a Notion database.

Back up all of your Google Calendar events to Notion. You can also try the meetings-only variation of this playbook

Step 1: Set up a database for events in Notion

First, you will need to set up a Notion database for your events. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case.

Step 2: Setup the Playbook

Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this Playbook saved to your Autobooks.

Then we need to map data from Notion to Asana.

To do this, hover over the playbook card and click on “Open Playbook in Builder.”

From here, customize the Notion action and map the data.

Save the playbook and close the builder.

Step 3: Run this Playbook

Click on the playbook card and watch the magic happen.
