This playbook will copy all Google Calendar events within a time frame into a Notion database.

Back up all of your Google Calendar events to Notion. You can also try the meetings-only variation of this playbook

To use this playbook, you will need to create a Notion database with specific field names or simply duplicate our Notion database here. Don’t forget to share access to this database with your API bot and Bardeen.

That’s it! 💥 You can run the playbook and watch thousands of your calendar events sync to Notion.

Here are the database column names (case sensitive) in case you would like to create a Notion database from scratch or customize your existing one:

  • summary
  • description
  • location
  • calendarId
  • startDate
  • endDate
  • status
  • htmlLink
  • meetingLink

How to automatically save new events to your Notion database

There is a workaround to sync future events to your Notion database automatically. You can write a command like this "WHEN next event is in 3 day, then..." This means that 3 days before every event on your Google Calendar Bardeen will save it to the database. Use "Save object to Notion" after "then." This playbook turns objects (data format) like calendar events or drive files into tables. After, the playbook adds the table to a Notion database.
