How does this automation work?
Efficient communication with event participants is crucial for ensuring successful meetings. Bardeen’s playbook facilitates this by automating the process of sending emails to all participants of a Google Calendar event. This is particularly useful for sending meeting summaries, follow-up actions, or simply thanking attendees for their time, thereby enhancing the meeting management process.
Here's how this workflow sends an email to every participant of a specific Google Calendar event:
- Step 1: Find the event: Bardeen uses the Google Calendar integration to search for events within your calendar based on a search expression that you provide.
- Step 2: Gather participant emails: Once the event is identified, Bardeen extracts the email addresses of all the participants from that particular event.
- Step 3: Send out emails: Using the Google Mail integration, Bardeen then sends an email to all the extracted participant email addresses with a subject derived from the event's summary.
