- Step 2: Locate Pipedrive Contact - Next, Bardeen searches for the relevant person in Pipedrive by matching the email recipients to existing contacts in the CRM.
- Step 3: Find Related Pipedrive Deal - Once the contact is identified, the workflow finds Pipedrive deals associated with that particular person.
- Step 4: Create Pipedrive Activity - Finally, an activity is created in Pipedrive, using the subject line of the Gmail thread as the title, and linking it to the identified deal and person.
