Doing job search on LinkedIn is full of manual workflows. If you want to save a job into your system, you need to manually copy/paste all of the fields.
This automation will save any LinkedIn job from search into a Notion database.
This playbook consists of these actions:
Here’s how to run this:
First, you will need to set up a Notion for your jobs. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.
Then we need to map data from the Scraper to Notion.
To do this, hover over the Playbook card and click on “Open Playbook in Builder.”
From here, customise the “Add data to Notion table” actions. Enter your table and map the data fields using “custom field mapping.”
Save the Playbook and close the builder.
Click on the Playbook card on a Linkedin job post (or directly from the search) and watch the magic happen!
