Copy LinkedIn profile to Notion, when I right-click

You’re browsing on LinkedIn and found a great profile?

Don’t interrupt your flow, simply right-click over it and add it to your Candidate’s Database to check it later.

‍

This automation will scrape a LinkedIn profile when you right-click over a link. Then, it will send the profile’s information to Notion.

‍

This Autobook allows you to scrape each profile on a LinkedIn search and get the person's information into a Notion Database.

‍

The trigger for this automation is " When I right click on a website", and it consists of 2 actions:
‍

1. Scrape website data on one or more urls
   ‍
2. Add notion page to database

‍

Step 1: Setup your Notion Candidates Database

First, you will need to set up a Notion database for your contacts. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case.

‍

Step 2: Pin the Autobook and set it up

Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this Autobook saved to your autobooks.

‍

Then we need to map data from Bardeen's Scraper to Notion.

‍

To do this, hover over the Autobook card and “Open Autobook in Builder.”

‍

‍

From here, customize the “Action 2: Update or Add Notion page” action. Enter your Notion database and map the data fields using “custom field mapping.”

‍

On Default, this autobook maps data from the profile's:

• "Name"
• "title",
• "profile_image"
• "about"
  
• "location"
  
• "status" = "Scraped"
• "source" = "LinkedIn"
• "current_company_name"
• "current_company_title"
• "current_company_duration"
• "profile_link"
• "last_education_name"
  
• "last_education_title"

You can customize it to get the fields you need.

Save the Autobook and close the builder.

Step 3: Run the Autobook to copy LinkedIn profile to Notion

You can trigger this Autobook on any profile link on LinkedIn. You can start your search here.

‍

Click on the Autobook card to activate it, and now you can start right-clicking to watch the magic happen!

‍

That’s it! One click to scrape LinkedIn profile data to Google Sheets.

💡 Pro tip: This works great when you make a filtered search on LinkedIn and want to send only selected profiles.

‍

💡Pro Tip: With this autobook's scraper template, you are getting the profile's Company's and Education's information. If this information is valuable for you, you can edit the autobook and add an aditional "Add Notion Page" step to save the Company's information in a different database of Companies.
