Here's how this workflow sends an email to a Salesforce contact:
- Step 1: Retrieve Salesforce Contact - Bardeen retrieves contact details from Salesforce using a search expression that you provide. Salesforce is a comprehensive platform for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Step 2: Convert to Email Address - The retrieved contact information is processed to extract the email address, preparing it for the next step of sending an email.
- Step 3: Send Email - Bardeen uses Google Mail to send an email to the contact obtained from Salesforce. You'll need to specify the email subject and body, ensuring your message reaches the intended recipient.

Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Salesforce and Gmail
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Salesforce and Gmail.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will prompt you to enter a subject line, the body of the email, the Salesforce contact to send the email to and an optional CC field.
Click on “Remember Inputs” and checkmark Salesforce and Gmail. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Step 2: Run the playbook
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to quickly send an email to a Salesforce contact. It will create and send the email to the contact with one click.
