Searching for candidates on LinkedIn leads to hours of copy-pasting data. You need to enter each profile and copy-paste the fields you need to your database. This automation will cut it down to seconds.
This playbook allows you to scrape each profile on a LinkedIn search and get the person's information into a Notion Database.
This automation's consists of 3 actions:
First, you will need to set up a Notion database for your candidates. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this Playbook saved to your playbooks.
Then we need to map data from Bardeen's Scraper to Notion.
To do this, hover over the playbook card and “Open Playbook in Builder.”
From here, customize the “Action 3: Update or Add Notion page” action. Enter your Notion database and map the data fields using “custom field mapping.”

Save the Playbook and close the builder.

💡Pro Tip: With this playbook's scraper template, you are getting the profile's Company's and Education's information. If this information is valuable for you, you can edit the playbook and add an aditional "Add Notion Page" step to save the Company's information in a different database for companies.
