If you need a quick, reliable way to generate meeting summaries with action items, this automation is for you. It takes meeting notes as input and uses OpenAI to generate a summary and action items. The automation will then create a Pipedrive note and attach it to the organization.
Let's set it up!
To get started, click the 'Pin it' button at the top of this page. You will be redirected to install the Bardeen browser extension if you don't have it already. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Drive and Pipedrive.
Press Option + B on Mac or Alt + B on a Window machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen.
Once you have the extension installed and the integrations set up, click on the playbook card and enter your meeting notes.
Next, specify the Pipedrive organization to which you want to attach the note.
Finally, click 'Run Playbook' and Bardeen will generate the summary and action items from the meeting notes in your Google Drive file.
The automation will create a Pipedrive note and attach it to the corresponding organization. The note will contain a summary of the meeting, action items, and any unanswered questions from the meeting notes.
Locate additional integration choices for Pipedrive integrations, Google Drive integrations, and OpenAI integrations, or connect the combination of both Pipedrive and Google Drive or customize the playbook to better align with your personalized workflow.
