With this automation, you can get an OpenAI summarization of a web page with a single shortcut. It extracts text from any webpage and uses OpenAI to summarize it.
This playbook is also helpful if you are a content marketer looking to create shorter versions or snippets of your blog posts as tweets.
Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to download the browser extension if you don’t have the Bardeen extension installed. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate OpenAI.
Press Option + B on your keyboard to wake Bardeen on the page you want to summarize. Run the playbook on the page that you want to summarize. The automation will extract and summarize the text. You can also edit the playbook and customize the automation further.
You can add your following action like sending the summary as an email or sending the summary to Slack, Asana, Jira, or Notion.
