How to run the playbook

If you’ve ever tried to summarize meeting notes, you know it’s a pain. This automation will use OpenAI to generate a summary and action items from your meeting notes. It will then send a WhatsApp message with the generated summary, action items and any unanswered questions based on the meeting notes.

Let's set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Google Drive and Whatsapp

First, click the 'Pin it' button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Drive. To make sure you receive a Whatsapp message, you have to authenticate Whatsapp by writing something to the number +1 (707) 267-2626.

Step 2: Setup the Playbook and integrate WhatsApp and Google Docs

Click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start. You will be asked to enter your meeting notes, it can be a notes in Google Docs. Just paste in the link.

Step 3: Run the automation to summarize meeting notes with OpenAI to Whatsapp

The automation will summarize the meeting notes, create action items for each of the people mentioned and create a summary of any unanswered questions. It will even fix grammar errors while summarizing the notes. Finally, the number that you specify will get a WhatsApp message with all the information.
