How does this automation work?
Automate the process of capturing and enriching meeting participant data with Bardeen. This playbook is designed to extract email addresses from scheduled meetings in Google Calendar, utilize Clearbit to enrich the data, and seamlessly add the information to a Coda table. This automation is ideal for businesses looking to leverage meeting intelligence for sales prospecting, personal productivity, and efficient meeting follow-ups.
Here's how this workflow integrates meeting data with Coda:
- Step 1: Extract Emails from Google Calendar Event - Bardeen retrieves the email addresses of all participants from a specified Google Calendar event. Google Calendar is an organizational tool that helps schedule and share events.
- Step 2: Enrich with Clearbit - Using the email addresses collected, Clearbit enriches the contact data with additional information such as social media profiles, demographic, and firmographic data.
- Step 3: Deduplicate Data - Bardeen processes the enriched data to ensure that only unique entries exist, avoiding redundancy in the database.
- Step 4 & 5: Prepare Data for Coda - The unique data is then converted into a table format that is compatible with Coda, ensuring a smooth transition to the next step.
- Step 6 & 7: Add to Coda Table - Finally, the prepared data is added to a specific Coda table. Coda blends documents and spreadsheets into dynamic tables, perfect for managing CRM and project workflows.
How to run the playbook
After a meeting, it's easy to lose track of all the new contacts you've made. wouldn't it be great if there was a way to get all their information in one place? Well, now there is! With Clearbit's email enrichment, you can get all the data you need on a meeting's participants and save it straight to Coda. Plus, Coda's table format makes it easy to keep track of all your meeting's participants. So go ahead and save all the contact info you need with a click!
To run this playbook, you will need to create a table with the exact same column names as in our Coda template. Duplicate it!
Coda Rest API is really strict about the table schema so please do not change the names of the columns as it will lead to a failure to capture that particular data field. Otherwise, you can do field mapping in the builder.
