Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Salesforce. This will allow you to update a contact’s information with one click.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.
Bardeen will ask for the Salesforce lead’s name.
You can click on “Save Input” and checkmark the name if you want. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
When you want to update a Salesforce contact’s information by getting additional information from their LinkedIn profile, press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook.
It will use the contact’s email address to find the LinkedIn profile. It will then get and update additional information from LinkedIn, like the contact’s title and phone number, and update the Salesforce contact record with this information.
If any additional information is found by Bardeen and Clearbit, it will be reflected in the lead’s Salesforce record.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
