Let’s set it up!
The first step is to create a Notion database with all the information you want to save. This will be your destination database and all the profile information will be saved here.
Bardeen will get information from the LinkedIn company profile links and save profile information like name, profile link, headline, industry, location, job’s link, and more!
You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Notion.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks. If it’s your first time using Bardeen, you will be redirected to install the extension.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.
Bardeen will ask you to specify the Notion database with the company profile links, and the name of the column that contains the links. For example the column name for the links below would be “Links”.
Bardeen will also ask you to specify a destination Notion database to save the results to. Pick the database you created in Step #1.
After you choose the database and column with links, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Notion.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Notion that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Notion . This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to get all the information of the LinkedIn company profiles saved to your destination Notion database.
Bardeen will open each LinkedIn company profile and save the information for that profile in your destination database.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
