Asana is a tried and true, flexible project management software that is often used by recruiters to manage candidates, jobs, and hiring timelines, while Upwork is a fantastic source to find qualified and eager job seekers. But starting up a new Asana task to track potential candidates can be monotonous and a potential waste of time. Hand crafting recruiting emails for each candidate is also tiresome, and an error can put off, or miss out on a candidate. Yet, not setting up Asana to manage communications, follow-ups and potential candidate offers & acceptance can be a huge mistake when dealing with ever changing candidate supply and demand.
This automation will create and fill out an Asana task, along with generating a draft recruiting letter directed to the Upwork candidate.
The automation works from within Asana and from the chosen Upwork profile.
