Are you tired of the hassle that comes with manually copying and pasting tweets into your database or spreadsheet? Staying on top of industry trends, tracking engagement with your brand, and curating content for your audience require very important but tedious tasks. With the overwhelming amount of information on Twitter, it can be challenging to keep track of everything.

That's where this automation comes in! It will automatically copy the currently opened tweet on Twitter and add it to an Airtable, helping you streamline your workflow and save time. With this automation, you can focus on analyzing and strategizing with the data rather than spending time on tedious data entry tasks.

Imagine having all your tweets organized and easily accessible in one place. You can use this automation to track mentions of your brand or products, keep up with industry news and trends, and gather inspiration for future content.

With just a few clicks, you can simplify your workflow, save time, and gain valuable insights into your brand's social media presence.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Create an Airtable

The first step is to create an Airtable with all the information you want to save from the tweet.

Bardeen will extract information from the currently opened tweet and get information like , author, handle, tweet, date, number of likes, profile and image links, dates and more.

Step 2: Install the extension and integrate Airtable and Twitter scraper

You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Airtable.

Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.

Click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start.

You will be asked to specify an Airtable. After you choose the database, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Airtable.

The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Airtable that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Airtable. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.

Step 3: Run the automation to save a tweet to Airtable

When you want to copy a tweet, activate Bardeen (or hit OPTION + B) and run this playbook. It will capture all the tweet information and save it to your specified Airtable.

You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
