How does this automation work?
Bardeen's workflow "Save Upwork Profile to Notion" is designed for recruiters and hiring managers looking to streamline their candidate tracking process. With this automation, you can easily capture profiles from Upwork and save them directly into your Notion workspace, allowing you to consolidate candidate information and review it collaboratively with your team.
Here's how this workflow saves an Upwork profile into your Notion database:
- Step 1: Scrape Upwork Profile - Utilize the Scraper to extract candidate data from an Upwork profile while you're viewing it on your browser. The Scraper is configured with a custom template specifically for Upwork candidates to ensure all relevant information is captured.
- Step 2: Create Notion Page - Bardeen then creates a new page in your designated Notion database titled "Upwork Candidates." The page is automatically populated with the scraped data, including the candidate's success rate and other important details, making it easy to organize and access for further evaluation.
