Imagine you are having a call with a client or your team going over analytics. Getting questions like “Can you send this to me?” will lead to lost time, because you may not want to share passwords, create new users, or give access to the entire platform.
This automation will create a full-page screenshot of any website and send it as a PDF to participants of your current Google Calendar event. The best part is that it will also upload the file to Google Drive so you can access it in the future.
This playbook is helpful if you want to share design updates with the meeting participants, send booking confirmations to everyone in a meeting or share data with the participants from multiple sources without sharing access.
Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to download the browser extension if you don’t have the Bardeen extension installed. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Calendar, Google Drive and Gmail, if you haven’t done so already.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and run this playbook. It will then upload the current page as a PDF to Google Drive and email the link to the participants of the current Google Calendar event.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.

Pro tip: If you are a Dropbox user and want to upload the current page as a PDF to a Dropbox folder, edit the playbook and change the action from Google Drive to Dropbox. Alternatively, check out our playbook titled “Upload current page to Dropbox.”
This playbook saves me at least 1 hour every day. It used to take me a significant amount of time to scrape leads from various platforms manually.
