With Bardeen, you can leverage the power of AI to analyze your customer feedback data and generate valuable buyer personas. This playbook will utilize the data from your Google Sheets to identify common themes and patterns in your customer's comments, feedback, and survey responses. By grouping similar characteristics, distinct buyer persona profiles are created, each with a brief description that captures their key attributes, goals, motivations, challenges, and preferred communication channels. This will help you to better understand your customers and tailor your marketing strategies accordingly.

Here is how this workflow works:

  1. Get table from Google Sheets - Using Google Sheets, which allows you to create, edit, and share spreadsheets, we can pull a table containing customer comments, feedback, and survey responses. You will need to specify the Google Sheet and Tab.
  2. Merge Text - This step uses a Bardeen built command to merge text from the table obtained in the previous step. All fields from the Google Sheets table are merged into a single text string.
  3. Generate Customized Report - Using Bardeen's AI Actions, a customized report is generated based on the text string created in the previous step. This step involves the use of cutting edge AI to identify patterns and common themes in the customer data.
  4. Create New Google Doc - A new Google Doc is created using Google Docs, an online word processor that lets you create and format text documents and collaborate with others in real time.
  5. Add Text to Google Doc - The customized report generated in step 3 is added to the newly created Google Doc. This document will contain the distinct buyer persona profiles along with their key attributes, goals, motivations, challenges, and preferred communication channels.
