Enrich TikTok links and create Asana tasks

By using this automation, you can extract data from TikTok profile links and automatically add it as new tasks in Asana. Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Asana

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Asana.

Click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to enter the TikTok profile links. You can add one link, or multiple links. To append another link, you can type an apostrophe (,) and add your next link.

Bardeen will also ask you to enter a task name and optionally specify an Asana project and assignee. 

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Asana. This will save time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the playbook to scrape data from TikTok

Press Option + B on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card. Run the playbook when you want to create an Asana task from one or multiple TikTok profile links. It will go over each link, extract the information and create a new Asana task for each profile. 

You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
