When you look for a house on Zillow, you probably either have 100 tabs open with interesting properties or you have a spreadsheet that you manually paste the information into.
With this automation you can copy your favorite Zillow properties into a Google Sheet with a shortcut. The automation uses a data scraper to extract fields like XYZ.
Now, let’s set it up.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.
Now, go to Zillow and use the search bar to refine your search.
Open the property listing you want to save.
From there, open the browser extension, and click on the playbook you’ve just pinned.
Click on the “Save Zillow property to Google Sheets” action.
Now you will be asked to specify a Google Sheet to add the information to. You can use an already existing spreadsheet or create a new one right in the extension.
As an option, you can customize your Zillow automation so that it doesn't ask you to input the spreadsheet every time you run the automation.
To do it, open the Bardeen extension, find the playbook the playbook card, and click on “Open in builder”
Find the second action “Add rows to Google Sheet” and click on it. That action asks for two arguments. Instead of specifying the spreadsheet every time, let's add a specific spreadsheet where the information will be added. To learn more check out the getting started tutorial.
