GitHub is a social platform primarily used by developers and companies. Profiles usually include only basic information like name, company, location, and email. But what if you want to get someone's LinkedIn and Twitter profiles?
That’s where this automation comes into play.
The automation will also find a GitHub user’s email address even if it is not displayed in their profile. And then it uses Clearbit to find social media information.
Clearbit is a business intelligence tool that searches the web and connects millions of data points from multiple sources. This means the automation can find information like a Linkedin profile, blog websites, or Twitter handle from a GitHub profile page.
To make this playbook work, navigate to a GitHub user’s profile, run Bardeen (or hit Option + B) and watch the magic happen.
💪 Pro Tip: if you customize this automation in the Builder and add a follow-up action like “Create Notion page to the database,” every time you run this playbook all the information will be saved there.
This playbook saves me at least 1 hour every day. It used to take me a significant amount of time to scrape leads from various platforms manually.
