- Step 2: Share Google Drive file: Bardeen then shares the specified Google Drive file with the participants' emails obtained in the previous step. This ensures that everyone involved has instant access to the necessary materials.
How to run the playbook
This playbook will share a given Google Drive file with participants of a specified event.
In other words, you need to pick a file you want to share and a Google Calendar event. Bardeen will find the emails of the event participants and add them as “editors” in Google Drive. The file-sharing settings will not change.
After the playbook is executed, every participant will receive an email with a link to the file in Google Drive.
