Let's set it up!
Step 1: Set up the automation
Click the “Try it” button at the top of this page to get this Autobook saved.
You will be redirected to download the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Slack, Dropbox and Zoom, if you haven’t done so already.
Bardeen will then prompt you to enter the Slack channel or user that should receive the messages. As soon as a new recording is added in Dropbox, the Slack recipient will be notified with the link to the file.
Bardeen will also ask you to specify the Dropbox folder that will be tracked for changes.
Specify your Google Sheets spreadsheet there. Whenever a new row will be added in the spreadsheet, Bardeen will send a Slack message with the row’s contents to your specified user or channel.
Step 2: Run the autobook to send a Slack message, when a Zoom recording is uploaded to Dropbox
Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).
Once a new recording is added in Dropbox, it will send a Slack message to the specified user with the recording link.
