- Step 1: Scrape Tweets - Bardeen's Scraper command is used to extract data from the Twitter account currently opened in your browser tab. You can specify the maximum number of posts to scrape, ensuring the data set is as broad or as focused as needed for your analysis.
- Step 2: Rank Tweets with AI - The extracted tweets are then ranked based on criteria you define. This step utilizes OpenAI's advanced algorithms to evaluate and rank the relevance and importance of each tweet according to your specified metrics.
- Step 3: Timestamp Creation - Bardeen captures the current time, which will be used to timestamp the results, providing context for when the data was curated.
- Step 4: Format Timestamp - The current time is formatted into a text string for easy reading and documentation purposes.
- Step 5: Prepare Spreadsheet Title - A descriptive title for the Google Sheet is generated by merging the text "Ranked Tweets" with the timestamp, creating a unique and identifiable document name.
- Step 6: Create Google Sheet - A new Google Sheet is created with the title prepared in the previous step, where the ranked data will be stored.
- Step 7: Populate Google Sheet - The AI-ranked tweets are added to the newly created Google Sheet, providing you with a spreadsheet filled with valuable, AI-curated content.
How to run the playbook
OpenAI's API is constantly improving, and one of the newest and most interesting features is the ability to get recommendations for tweets from a specified account. This is useful if you want to track an account but don't have the time to go through all of their tweets. This automation will use OpenAI to find tweets from a specified account that match a given criteria and rank them. The results will be added to a Google Sheet.
Let's set it up!
Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Google Sheets
To get started, click the 'Pin it' button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.
Next, you'll need to specify the Twitter account to search, the criteria to match(like funniest, longest, etc.), the topic of the tweets you want to extract, the sheet to add the results to, and the range of tweets to search.
Once you've configured the automation, you can run it by clicking on the playbook card. The tweets will be added to the Google Sheet that you specified, and you can view them there.
