Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.
Make sure you have your data ready in Google Sheets. Bardeen will use this information to generate your customer feedback report. This data can be comments, reviews or event support tickets. BardeenAI can analyze any kind of feedback data that you enter.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to specify the Google Sheet that contains your data, the title of your Google Doc that will contain your report and an option Google Sheet tab.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark the Google Sheet, the Google Doc title and the tab. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to generate the satisfaction report. It will identify common themes in customer satisfaction and engagement and generate a report in a Google Doc that provides actionable insights for improving products, services and marketing campaigns.
