Here's how this workflow facilitates the extraction and storage of LinkedIn company data:
- Step 1: Scrape LinkedIn Company Page - Leverage the Scraper to extract company data from the LinkedIn page you're currently viewing. The Scraper will wait for 2 seconds to ensure all data is loaded before scraping.
- Step 2: Add Data to Airtable - Bardeen then appends the scraped LinkedIn data into your chosen Airtable base, simplifying data management and accessibility.
- Step 3: Clean LinkedIn URL - Extracts a clean version of the LinkedIn company page URL from the scraped data for future reference.
- Step 4: Merge LinkedIn Data - Combines the cleaned URL with additional company information for a comprehensive data set.
- Step 5: Scrape Additional Data in Background - Runs background scraping for extra LinkedIn pages linked within the company data, using the provided template.
How to run the playbook
LinkedIn is an amazing tool for finding exciting jobs, networking, and building your personal brand. The only challenge is that it takes a lot of time to copy and paste all the information into a database.
That’s precisely where this automation comes to play. It will copy information from a LinkedIn company profile directly to an Airtable database with one click. Saving you from the time-consuming copy-paste dance.

Step 1: Set up an Airtable base for companies
Create the Airtable base with all the fields you want to capture. You can also duplicate our template that we created just for this use case.
Step 2: Pin the automation and integrate Airtable
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation.
You will be asked to integrate Airtable.
Step 3: Run the playbook to scrape LinkedIn company data to Airtable
Now, navigate to a LinkedIn company page.
Launch Bardeen, and click on the playbook card.
The first time you run the automation, you will get a prompt to map the information to your Airtable base.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Airtable that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Airtable. You can Edit Inputs later by covering over the playbook.
Navigate to another company's about page, click "Run playbook" and watch the magic happen! That’s it! One click to scrape LinkedIn company data to Google Sheets.
