Saving the most exciting jobs in one place is the recipe for staying organized and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. With this automation, you no longer need to manually copy-paste data into Notion. Instead, you can do it with a right click!
The best part is that Google Jobs aggregates many job platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Angelist, and many more. So this can be your main job search platform and automation.
Let's dive in!
This Autobook is triggered by "When I right click on a website" and consists of these actions:
To set this up, watch the video above or follow these steps.
First, you will need to set up a Notion database where your jobs will be saved. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Autobooks.
Then we need to map data from the Scraper to Notion.
To do this, open Bardeen and hover over the Autobook card. Click on “Open Autobook in Builder.”
From here, customize the “Update or add Notion pages” action. Enter your table and map the data fields using “custom field mapping.”
Save the Playbook and close the builder.
Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).
Now, right-click on a Google job post (from search) and watch the magic happen!
