Meeting reminders are one of the most effective ways to prevent no-shows, and this automation will do it for you with one click.
It will match the event participants from Google Calendar to Slack users based on their emails, extract the meeting link, and send the following Slack message:
A quick reminder that we have the following event coming up: {link}

Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to download the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Slack and Google Calendar.
Press Option + B on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook for your current meeting. It will notify all participants in Slack.
