Send a Slack message to the current event participants with the meeting link

This playbook will send personal Slack messages to the participants of the current Google Calendar event with the link to a meeting.

Meetings
Time saving:
2 min

This playbook will send meeting links on Slack for a given event. It will save you time because you no longer need to retrieve the meeting link, jungle tabs, and find the right Slack users to send the link to.

You will be asked to specify the source event. Bardeen will then extract the meeting link and the event participants from it.

Bardeen will match the event participants from Google Calendar to Slack users based on their emails. The email inside the calendar event and Slack needs to match precisely. Otherwise, event participants without matching emails won’t receive a notification.

The following message will be sent on your behalf to event participants:

Quick reminder that we have the following event coming up: {link}
