Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.
Activate Bardeen (or hit OPTION + B on your keyboard) and click to run the playbook. Click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask for the email label and a Google Sheets spreadsheet to save the information. You can choose an existing sheet or create a new one.
The automation will find all your emails with a specific label, extract the links from the body text and save them to Google Sheets along with the email information like date, body text, subject line, sender address and more.
If there are multiple links in an email, it will create a new row in Google Sheets for each link.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Sheets. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Press Option + B on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card. Run the playbook for a specific label. It will extract all the links from the body text and save the information to your Google Sheets spreadsheet, along with the email information like subject line, date, sender and body text.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
