About Us
Bardeen was founded in May 2020 in San Francisco by an experienced team from Europe and Silicon Valley. We are backed by top VCs and angel investors from the US and Europe. Our product was launched in February 2022, and we currently have about 200,000 users and paying customers from around the world.
The Role
We are hiring our first Product Manager to work closely with our founders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building world-class products, is hands-on, and can ship quickly. This role offers an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of building an amazing product, expand your network, and potentially start your own company in the future.
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Being hands-on: Ready to actively participate in product development, iteration, support, and user testing.
- Implementing product vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with our mission.
- Owning strategy and roadmap: Create and manage a roadmap that sets a clear direction for our product.
- Having a user-centric approach: Understand user needs through listening, communication, research, and data analysis.
- Being an owner: Understand that startups can be messy and are quite different from large organizations where everyone (seemingly) knows what to do.
- Being process-driven and result-oriented: Understand the value of being organized and implementing the right processes for each task.
