Looking to simplify your property search process on Zillow? This automation has got you covered! By effortlessly scraping Zillow listings and seamlessly adding the information to an Airtable, it eliminates the hassle of manual data collection and organization.
Say goodbye to the time-consuming task of individually copying property details or constantly refreshing the page. Whether you're a real estate investor analyzing market trends, a property manager compiling listings, or a homebuyer comparing options, this automation streamlines your workflow.
Focus on evaluating the properties and making informed decisions, rather than getting bogged down in data entry. Let automation handle the heavy lifting while you navigate through a centralized and organized collection of Zillow listings in your Airtable.
Let’s set it up!
The first step is to create an Airtable with all the Zillow information you would like to save.
Bardeen will extract information from the currently opened Zillow search results page and save information like location, price, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms, square feet, and link to the property. It will then save all this information to your Airtable once the setup is complete.
You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Airtable.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start.
You will be asked to specify an Airtable and the maximum number of results you would like to save. After you choose the database, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Airtable.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Airtable that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Airtable. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Whenever you want to save a list of Zillow properties from the Zillow search results page, navigate to the results page.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and run this playbook. It will extract all the information from the Zillow properties page and save the information to the Airtable that you specified in Step #1.
This automation is fantastic for real estate investors who can leverage this automation to scrape Zillow listings and add them to an Airtable. They can then analyze the collected data, such as property prices, features, and location, to make informed investment decisions. By centralizing the information in Airtable, investors can easily compare properties, track market trends, and identify lucrative investment opportunities.
Property managers can also use this automation to streamline their listing collection and management process. They can scrape Zillow listings and automatically populate an Airtable with property details, including rental prices, availability, and key features. This simplifies the task of tracking and organizing properties, making it easier to manage vacancies, monitor rental income, and ensure efficient property management.
Homebuyers looking to purchase a property can benefit from this automation by scraping Zillow listings and adding them to an Airtable.
