I know that going through meeting notes can be a real drag for most people. But guess what? There's now a super easy way to get a summary of the meeting and a list of action items, thanks to OpenAI's automation. And the best part? You'll receive the summary and action items in a Slack message. No more having to go through pages of notes to make sense of everything!
Here’s how to set it up:
First, click the 'Pin it' button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to download the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Slack and Google Drive.
Press Option + B on Mac or Alt + B on a Window machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen.
Run the playbook and enter your meeting notes. The playbook will send them to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI will summarize the notes taken, create action items, separate any unanswered questions and fix grammar errors.
The generated summary and action items will be sent in a Slack message. You can specify any channel or user as the recipient in Slack.
