Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Docs and Apollo.io.
To integrate Apollo.io, you will need to find and enter your API key.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to input the email address or LinkedIn profile of the prospect that you want to research. You don’t need to enter both and can use only one.
Bardeen will also ask you to specify the name of your Google Doc that will contain the report.
Click on “Remember Inputs” and checkmark the email address, LinkedIn profile and Google Doc title. This will save you time from setup when you want to run the automation again in the future. You can change this setting anytime by hovering over it.
Press or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to generate a company prospecting report. It will use information from Apollo.io, LinkedIn and the company’s website to generate a detailed report of the company and the products that it offers.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation, like sending an email.
