Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Salesforce and Crunchbase

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Salesforce. This will allow you to save Crunchbase company information to your Salesforce accounts.

Navigate to a Crunchbase company account, activate Bardeen (or press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will prompt you to enter an Account type and the Industry of the account.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Salesforce. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the playbook to save Crunchbase organization to Salesforce

Navigate to a currently open Crunchbase company page that you want to save to Salesforce.

Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to get the Crunchbase company saved as a new account in Salesforce.

It will get the company information from the page and use it to create a Salesforce account.
