Let’s set it up

Step 1: Create a Google Sheet with the company links

The first step is to create a Google Sheet with all the company names that you want to save.

The playbook will use BardeenAI’s web agent to scan information on each website and get the pricing information, once the setup is complete.

Step 2: Install the extension and run the playbook

You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets

Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.

You will be asked to enter your Google Sheet name and the column name that contains your website links. For our example, this would be “websites”.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Sheets. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 3: Start saving the pricing plans!

Activate Bardeen (or hit OPTİON + B) and run this playbook. It will use Bardeen’s web agent to scan the information of the website and get the pricing information for each product.

This automation is fantastic if you need to do research on a list of websites and want to save time.
