Here is how this workflow transfers your HubSpot contacts to Salesforce:
- Step 1: Retrieve HubSpot contacts - Bardeen fetches all contact details from HubSpot, which is known for its robust inbound marketing and sales platform.
- Step 2: Prepare contact data - The retrieved contact data is then converted into a text format to ensure compatibility with Salesforce fields.
- Step 3: Copy or Update Salesforce contacts - Bardeen checks if a contact already exists in Salesforce. If it does, the contact is updated with the new information from HubSpot; if not, a new contact is created.

Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Salesforce and HubSpot
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Salesforce and HubSpot. This will allow you to transfer all your HubSpot contacts to Salesforce.
Click on the playbook card, and the setup flow will start. Bardeen will prompt you to enter an optional Lead Source.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark your Lead Source. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Step 2: Run the playbook
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to copy all your HubSpot contacts to Salesforce as new contacts.
It will get all your HubSpot contacts’ information and create new Salesforce contacts in Salesforce with the information. If a contact already exists, it will update the contacts record if new information is available from HubSpot.
