Save Instagram following / followers to Google Sheets

Keeping track of Instagram followers and following lists manually can be tedious and time-consuming. This playbook automates the process by extracting followers or following details from the currently opened Instagram profile page.

For example, when you're analyzing competitor activity or identifying potential influencers for a campaign, you need up-to-date follower data. This automation fetches the necessary information directly from Instagram, ensuring you always have accurate and current details.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Google Sheets

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Sheets. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the automation to save Instagram following / followers to Google Sheets

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard). 

When you run the playbook, it will get followers or following from the currently opened Instagram profile page.
