Bardeen's Playbook "Save full-page PDF screenshots to Google Drive from website links in a Google Sheet" is a powerful tool for content marketers, researchers, and sales teams. By creating full-page PDF screenshots of webpages from a list of website links in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and then saving these files to Google Drive, you can easily capture and store important information for future reference. This automation can significantly expedite your research process, enhance productivity, and streamline your data sourcing workflow.

Here is how this workflow works:

  1. Get Table from Google Sheet: Bardeen starts by extracting a table from your Google Sheets spreadsheet. You'll need to provide the specific Google Sheet for this step. Google Sheets is a versatile tool that allows you to create, edit, and share spreadsheets, making data management a breeze.
  2. Get Column from Table: In this step, Bardeen extracts a specific column from the table obtained in the previous step. You will need to specify the column name that contains the website links.
  3. Find All Links in Text: Bardeen then identifies all the links in the text obtained from the specified column. This ensures that all website links are captured for the next step.
  4. Get Page as PDF: Bardeen visits each website link and takes a full-page PDF screenshot. This allows you to capture the entire webpage content in a static, shareable format.
  5. Upload File to Google Drive: Finally, Bardeen uploads the PDF files to a specified Google Drive folder. Google Drive is a secure and organized platform for storing and sharing files. You need to specify the Google Drive folder where you want to save the PDF screenshots.
