  • Step 1: Scrape LinkedIn Profile - The Scraper is set to run in the background to extract the current company and its LinkedIn page link from a LinkedIn profile you specify.
  • Step 2: Prepare LinkedIn Company Link - Bardeen merges the company name with the LinkedIn page link to create a URL that can be used to scrape additional data.
  • Step 3: Scrape LinkedIn Company Page - The Scraper then uses the newly created link to visit the company's LinkedIn 'About' page and scrape the headcount data.
  • Step 4: Extract Headcount Number - A string containing the headcount is split to isolate the number of employees.
  • Step 5: Prepare Data for Airtable - The headcount number is selected from the array and prepared along with the company name and LinkedIn link for Airtable.
  • Step 6: Save to Airtable - Finally, the company's name, LinkedIn link, and headcount number are added as a new row to your Airtable base.
