Copy a LinkedIn job post to Notion, when I right-click
This is a Bardeen playbook. It's a pre-built automation template you can run in one-click to perform a repetitive task. Get started with our free Chrome extension.
How does this automation work?
Bardeen connects LinkedIn to Notion to help you streamline your recruiting efforts. With this automation, you can save jobs posted on LinkedIn directly to a Notion database with a simple right-click. This allows for easy tracking and management of potential job opportunities, enhancing your productivity and efficiency.
Here is how this workflow works:
- Right-click on LinkedIn job post: The workflow is triggered when you right-click on a LinkedIn job post. This action captures the URL of the job post for further processing.
- Scrape job post data: Using the Scraper, which can extract data from almost any website, the job post information is scraped from the LinkedIn page in the background.
- Create Notion page: A new Notion page is created for the job post. Notion is an all-in-one workspace that helps you and your team stay organized.
- Add job post data to Notion: The scraped job post information is added to the new Notion page. Notion allows you to store and manage this information in an easy-to-access database format.
How to run the playbook
Looking for jobs on LinkedIn can be super manual. If you want to save your favorite job posts, you’ll need to manually copy/paste all of the fields to Notion.
This automation allows you to save any LinkedIn job (from search) into a Notion database with a right click.
Right-click on a job post, and you will see the option to save it to your Notion.
