How to run the playbook

Looking to boost your lead generation from LinkedIn posts? This automation imports comments from LinkedIn posts along with the commenter's profile information. It then applies your custom criteria to qualify leads based on engagement and profile details, seamlessly saving qualified leads to Salesforce as new leads.

Manually managing LinkedIn engagement can be time-consuming and challenging, especially when sorting through comments and profiles to identify potential leads. Plus, ensuring that qualified leads are promptly added to Salesforce for follow-up can be daunting.

Imagine posting on LinkedIn and needing to convert engagement into actionable leads. Instead of manually qualifying and entering leads, this automation does it for you. It ensures that valuable opportunities from LinkedIn are efficiently captured and integrated into your Salesforce CRM.

Whether you're expanding your client base, nurturing prospects, or optimizing social selling, this Playbook empowers you to enhance lead generation and drive business growth.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate LinkedIn and Salesforce

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate LinkedIn and Salesforce.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to customize your sales lead qualification task. Once you click this option, the qualification flow will start. Bardeen will ask you questions about your business.

It will then ask you to describe your qualification criteria. It’s important to give clear details here, as this prompt will be the main way Bardeen will qualify your leads.

Once this step is completed, Bardeen will ask you to train the model.

This step is optional. However, we recommend that you complete this step as it will increase the quality of your results.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Salesforce. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.

Step 2: Run the automation to qualify LinkedIn commenters and save contacts to Salesforce

Go to a LinkedIn post and activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard).

When you run the playbook, it will import comments from a LinkedIn post and the corresponding commenter's LinkedIn profile information. It will then qualify the profiles and comments based on your custom criteria and save the qualified leads to Salesforce as new contacts.
