How does this automation work?
How to run the playbook
Starting your week with a pile of web searches can slow you down, especially when you need to sift through results that match your specific language and country preferences. This Playbook takes that burden off your shoulders by automatically running your searches every Monday. It retrieves the most relevant web results based on your custom query, language, and region settings.
The results are then neatly saved into a Google Sheets spreadsheet, ready for you to review and analyze. Whether you’re tracking trends in a particular market or gathering data for a weekly report, this automation ensures you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.
No more starting your week buried in search tabs—this Playbook delivers what you need, when you need it, streamlining your workflow and keeping you focused on the bigger tasks ahead.
Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Pin the Autobook and integrate Google Sheets
You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Autobooks, if you already have the Bardeen extension installed. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.
Bardeen will then prompt you to enter the Google Sheets spreadsheet that will contain the exported information, and the execution time for the automation. The autobook will run every week on Monday at the execution time that you specified.
The autobook will ask you to specify your criteria for your search results. You will need to specify the search query, date range, country and language, safe search and number of results.
Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).
