Generate tasks in Notion from Fireflies transcripts

This Playbook simplifies that by automatically extracting action items from a Fireflies meeting transcript. Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Fireflies and Notion

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Fireflies and Notion.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. 

The automation will ask you to specify the Notion database that you want to send the information to and map the fields from Fireflies to the fields in your Notion database. If you don’t want certain information, you can leave the column empty.

Step 2: Run the automation to generate tasks in Notion from Fireflies transcripts

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and go to a Fireflies transcript.

When you run the playbook, it will get action items of your Fireflies meeting transcript and save the tasks in your Notion database, along with the transcript link, date and other information.
