This Playbook takes the hassle out of manual tracking by automatically extracting action items from a Fireflies meeting transcript. It then saves these tasks to a new row in your specified Google Sheets spreadsheet, along with the transcript link, date, and other important details.

Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Fireflies and Google Sheets.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.
You will need to create Google Sheet spreadsheet to send the information to.
The automation will ask you to map the fields from Fireflies to the fields in your Google Sheet. If you don’t want certain information, you can leave the column empty.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and go to a Fireflies transcript. When you run the playbook, it will get action items of a Fireflies meeting transcript and save the tasks to a new row in your specified Google Sheets spreadsheet, along with the transcript link, date and other information.

Yes. Since Bardeen lives on your browser, Playbooks like "Enrich Linkedin links from a Google Sheet" open the Linkedin profiles in the background and scrape their information. This happens from your currently opened Linkedin account, so people can see you've visited their profile.
Unfortunately, Bardeen is not able to download videos to your computer.
For your shared playbook to be updated, you need to unshare your playbook and share it again. This will generate a new link. To do this: 1) Edit the playbook. 2) Unshare it (click on share, then the “unshare” button) 3) Share it again
