We all get a ton of emails every day. And some of them need to be forwarded to other people. But doing it manually is a pain. This is where this automation comes in. It will forward any email with attachments that has a subject line containing a specific keyword. So you can set it up once and forget about it.

To set it up, specify the keyword and the email address you want to forward the emails to. That's it! Now, every time you get an email with the specified keyword in the subject line, it will be automatically forwarded to the specified email address.

Let's set it up!

Step 1: Set up the automation

Click the “Try it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved.

You will be redirected to download the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Gmail

Step 2: Launch the builder and specify your keyword

After you set up the integration, you need to specify your keyword. To do this, launch the builder. You can click on the 3 dots beside the playbook and choose "Open in Builder" from the menu.

Once in the builder, navigate to the "if statement". This is the step of the playbook that controls which emails will get forwarded based on your keyword. Click on it to open the editor.

From there, navigate to the keyword section and enter your keyword. For example, I set it to "receipts" below. If the keyword you specified is in the subject line of the email that you receive, it will get forwarded to the address you enter. Note that your keyword is case insensitive. This means that if you enter "receipts" as the keyword, any subject line that contains "receipts" or "Receipts" will get forwarded, regardless if it contains a capital letter.

Once you enter your keyword, click save. Then click on the playbook card to set up the forwarding address. Enter the email address that you want the emails to get forwarded to.

That's it! Now your automation is ready.

Step 3: Try it!

Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).

Now, every email that contains the keyword in the subject line will get forwarded.
