With this Autobook, you can get email notifications sent to you when a Notion page is created or updated. Both the notification message and the trigger can be customized to work the way your way.
For an easier setup, duplicate our free Notion template for tasks.
Click on the “try it” button at the top of the screen. Specify the Notion database to track your changes in.
Then add a email recipient that the notification will be sent to.
That’s it!
Now, when a Notion page is created or updated in a specified Notion database, an email will be sent.
Make this automation work the way you want it to.
First, click on the “pin it” button above to save the automation to your Autobooks.
Then hover over the card and click on “Open in Builder.”
Specify the Notion database that you want to track.
Click on the email message action and customize it.
If you want only some changes to trigger your automation, add a conditional block. For example, if the priority of a task contains “P1,” then (YES) send a email message.
