The Autobook allows you to receive email notifications when a Notion page is created or updated. You can customize both the notification message and the trigger to work the way you want.
For an easier setup, duplicate our free Notion template for tasks.
Click on the “try it” button at the top of the screen.
If you are using Bardeen for the first time, you will be redirected to install the extension.
To track changes, specify the Notion database. Additionally, add an email recipient to receive notifications.
When a Notion page is created or updated in a designated Notion database, an email notification will be sent.
Customize this automation to fit your needs.
First, save the automation to your Autobooks by clicking on the "pin it" button above. Bardeen is a free Chrome extension that automates repetitive tasks. If you haven't already, install the Bardeen extension.
Then, hover over the card and click "Open in Builder.”
Specify the Notion database that you want to track.
Click on the email message action and customize it.
If you want only some changes to trigger your automation, add a conditional block. For example, if the priority of a task contains “P1,” then (YES) send a email message.
