How does this automation work?
Creating QR codes for a list of URLs can enhance the accessibility and engagement of your content, especially for marketing materials, event check-ins, or resource sharing. With Bardeen, this process is simplified by automating the creation of QR codes directly from a Google Sheets list and saving them to Google Drive, eliminating the need for manual entry or multiple tools.
Here is how this workflow transforms links in Google Sheets into QR codes in your Google Drive:
- Step 1: Retrieve Links from Google Sheets - Bardeen fetches the content from a specified Google Sheets document, transforming it into a table to work with.
- Step 2: Extract Column with Links - From the table obtained, Bardeen selects the column that contains the list of URLs you want to convert into QR codes.
- Step 3: Generate QR codes - Each URL from the column is then used to create a unique QR code.
- Step 4: Save QR codes to Google Drive - Once the QR codes are created, they're automatically uploaded to a specified folder in your Google Drive for easy access and organization.
