- Step 1: Find Google Calendar events - Bardeen searches your Google Calendar for events based on the name you provide. This step helps identify the specific meeting you need to follow up on.
- Step 2: Gather event participant emails - After identifying the event, Bardeen extracts the email addresses of all participants. This information can be critical for personalized follow-up communications.
- Step 3: Create Trello card for follow-up - Lastly, Bardeen creates a Trello card titled "Follow up on: [Event Name]" in your Trello board. This action ensures that the meeting follow-up is captured as a task, allowing you to manage post-meeting actions efficiently.
How to run the playbook
This playbook will create a Trello card and reference the event title and social links of the event participants in the description of that card.
You will need to specify the event to create the follow-up for as well as the list Trello list.
💡 Pro tip: Use a nested command for the event title, such as: Last event Current event Next event.
