Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Create a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
The first step is to create a Microsoft Excel Workbook for the information from the job listing to be saved into.

Step 2: Pin the playbook and integrate Microsoft Excel
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Microsoft Excel.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to specify the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to save all the information.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Microsoft Excel. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.

Step 3: Run the automation to copy a Google Jobs listing to Microsoft Excel
Go to a Google Jobs listing that you’d like to save, open Bardeen, and click on the Playbook card.

Bardeen will ask for the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to save the information to. Then the playbook will save the currently opened Google Jobs listing to your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. It will get information like position, link, company name, source, location and more.

Yes. Since Bardeen lives on your browser, Playbooks like "Enrich Linkedin links from a Google Sheet" open the Linkedin profiles in the background and scrape their information. This happens from your currently opened Linkedin account, so people can see you've visited their profile.
Unfortunately, Bardeen is not able to download videos to your computer.
This is possible! Edit your automation and add the "Convert table to CSV" action on the end. You should get the CSV once you run the playbook.
For your shared playbook to be updated, you need to unshare your playbook and share it again. This will generate a new link. To do this: 1) Edit the playbook. 2) Unshare it (click on share, then the “unshare” button) 3) Share it again
