When building a list of Zillow agents, you are probably going for an old-school copy-pasting routine, switching tabs from Zillow to Google Sheets a million times.
With this automation you can extract realtor information from Zillow to a Google Sheet with a shortcut. The automation uses a data scraper to extract fields agent's names and their phone numbers.
Now let’s set it up.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.
Go to the “Agent Finder” on Zillow and configure your realtor search criteria.
When you have a list of interesting realtors in front of you open the browser extension, and click on the playbook you’ve just pinned.
Click on the “Zillow agents (from search) to Google Sheets” card.
Now you will be asked to specify a Google Sheet to add the information to. You can use an already existing spreadsheet or create a new one right in the extension.
Specify the number of agents you want in your spreadsheet.
Run the automation.
Bonus: you can even pull up the pictures of the agents by typing “=image()” in the formula bar.
